We are proud of our extensive benefits that we offer our employees. This does lead to higher prices than some of our competitors, but we believe that we must protect our most precious asset.

Warranties & Exceptions

If Black Tie maintains the property’s irrigation system the plant, removal, & replacement labor is covered for 12 months from installation.

If the property has an operating irrigation system the plant and removal is covered for 12 months from installation, but not replacement labor.

If the property doesn’t have an operating irrigation system the plant and removal are covered at 50% of the original cost for 12 months.

Exceptions:

All trees covered at 50%

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 36-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. This covers structural elements like retaining walls, hardscape features, and paver installs.
